What I am working on at the moment.

The short version
Quality that holds across borders, and the systems that prove it.
Most of my working weeks go into one problem wearing different clothes: keeping clinical quality consistent across dozens of clinics in many countries, some owned, most franchised. Right now that means running a surgical quality review cycle across markets, coaching a contact centre against a measured baseline, and building the internal platforms that let both happen without me in the room.
On the writing side, this site publishes one field note roughly every two weeks. The current thread is automation: what a clinic network should buy, what it should build, and what it should refuse until it can measure the thing being automated.
Outside the day job I am slowly turning years of consultation floor experience into something more durable: frameworks for patient psychology, training calendars and franchise standards that other operators can argue with in public.
